TURNBERRY OCEAN CLUB IS REDEFINING THE PARADIGM OF ULTRA-LUXE LIVING

Turnberry Ocean Club is slated to be a 1-tower condo project with a combined 54 floors and 154 units located on a site on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach in Miami-Dade County. In April 2014, siblings Jeffrey and Jackie Soffer of Turnberry Associates, the company behind the Aventura Mall, the Fontainebleau and Aventura’s Turnberry Isle Miami resort, announced plans for a new condo tower, according to the Miami Herald.

Turnberry Ocean Club will be a spectacular 54 story glass tower with only 154 residences designed by international architect Carlos Zapata.

It features over 70,000 sq ft of amenities of which approximately 40,000 sq ft are contained in the Sky Club on levels 30, 31 and 32. There will be two sunrise and sunset swimming pools, two hydrotherapy spas, a Sky theater with movies under the stars, indoor and outdoor fitness center with a yoga and pilates studio, a spa overlooking the bay including a hair and nail salon, a clubhouse private dining suite with a chef’s catering kitchen, a sunset cocktail bar and lounge and a pet retreat walk. It’s an incredible element that no other developer has done ever before in Miami.

As an additional amenity, the developer is providing a membership to the Turnberry Isle Resort and Country Club where you can enjoy two championship Raymond Floyd designed golf courses, racquet club and a deep water marina, as well as signature restaurants by top chefs including Michael Mina.

The Turnberry Ocean Club, a 52-story development, was approved by Sunny Isles Beach commissioners in August 2014. Prices reportedly range from $3 million to $22 million.
